Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Two Return Categories

Category A — Unused/Unassembled

• Full return, no restocking fee
• Must be in original packaging
• Customer responsible for return shipping

Category B — Used/Assembled

• 20% restocking fee applies
• Must be disassembled and repacked
• Customer responsible for return shipping

Cancellations

• Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of ordering
• Full refund if cancelled before shipping

Damaged Items

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• All chairs covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty
• Contact service@realrelaxmassage.com for warranty claims

Refunds

• Processed within 30 days of receiving returned item
• Refunded via original payment method
